Learn how to join our research project:
STEP 1
In the USOSweb system
- During the final semester of your studies, an automatic massage will be sent to your USOSweb system account: INFORMED CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE IN A RESEARCH PROJECT
- Read the detailed information on the research project and the informed consent form.
- With your acceptance of the form, STEP ONE OF THE REGISTRATION AS A PROJECT PARTICIPANT IS COMPLETED
STEP 2
E-mail box
- When you complete STEP 1, an email message will be sent to your address at“@student.uj.edu.pl” domain with your unique hyperlink to a short survey.
- Click on the hyperlink and fill in the questionnaire, which will take approx. 3 minutes.
- The hyperlink for courses taught in English will expire on 30.06; for other courses – on 15.09 .
- Once you decide to fill in the questionnaire, STEP 2 OF THE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE IS COMPLETED
STEP 3

- Give your consent to the processing of your personal data, so we can stay in touch with you throughout the project.
- Answer four simple questions.
- At the end, you will be asked to allow us to use some of your data contained in the USOS system.
- Please, note that your personal data will be anonymised and safe throughout the project and that any publication will only contain STATISTICAL data.
- You have just COMPLETED STEP 3 – THE LAST STAGE OF THE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE!
- The second part of the survey will be e-mailed to you six months after your graduation or completion of your placement/traineeship.
